How ABD handles data across accounts, physical card custody, pack opening, marketplace resale, global fulfillment, provider handoffs, cookies, data controls, and support.

ABD may collect account identity, email authentication records, wallet and collection records, pack-opening history, card ownership and custody events, marketplace listings and purchases, claim and order history, shipping/contact details, profile details you add such as a display name, bio, and showcase, follows, referral relationships, an optional birthday month and day if you set one for the birthday reward, marketing email choices, support messages, cookie choices, device/browser details, and operational logs needed to protect real money and physical card custody. ABD also records which ad or link brought you to ABD (campaign tags): it is kept in this browser's storage for up to 30 days and saved with your account when you sign up, and it is never sent to advertisers.
ABD is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. ABD does not ask for your birth year; an optional birthday month and day is used only for the birthday reward. If ABD learns or has reason to suspect that a user is under 18, ABD may close the account and delete or de-identify the information where required.
ABD uses data to operate accounts, send sign-in codes, process pack and marketplace purchases, maintain wallet and custody records, support listings, route seller payouts and internal royalty workflows, calculate shipping, fulfill physical claims, prevent fraud, investigate platform errors, debug reliability issues, improve product flows, and satisfy tax, accounting, security, legal, and payment-provider obligations.
ABD uses Stripe for payments and Stripe Connect for seller payout onboarding where required. Stripe may collect identity, bank, tax, date-of-birth, address, or verification information directly under Stripe's own terms and privacy notices. ABD does not store raw card numbers. ABD may store safe payment, transaction, payout, refund, chargeback, ledger, and royalty status records needed to reconcile money and custody.
When you claim a physical card, ABD may use your name, address, email, phone number, shipping instructions, order contents, tracking details, customs information, and support messages to quote rates, create labels, fulfill through Shopify or related tools, coordinate carrier delivery, handle returned shipments, and review lost or damaged shipment issues.
Some destinations require the recipient's tax or customs identifier, such as a Mexican RFC or Brazilian CPF or CNPJ, and a registered company name for business recipients. ABD uses these details for the specific shipment and shares them with Mothership, Shippo, the selected carrier and customs authorities for clearance. They are not saved in browser checkout storage or your reusable shipping profile, and they are not used for advertising. They may remain in restricted shipment records for fulfillment, returns, customs inquiries and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not ask you to upload identity-document scans for this checkout. ABD treats these identifiers as sensitive personal information and uses them only for that shipment, not to infer anything about you.
ABD may share the minimum needed data with providers such as Convex for app data, Stripe for payments and Connect, Shopify for fulfillment and customer emails, Shippo for shipping quotes or labels, Zonos for prepaid import charges, customs declarations and international labels when enabled, Resend for sign-in and transactional email, Cloudflare for image delivery, Vercel for hosting, Google Places for address suggestions when enabled, Sentry for error and crash reports, tax, customs, or landed-cost providers when enabled, and, only if you opt in, Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) for website analytics and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) for advertising. ABD's servers do not forward purchase records to analytics or advertising providers; the purchase steps described under Cookies are sent from your browser, and only if you opt in.
Some ABD activity may be visible to other users, such as public profile details, display names, profile photos (a card from your collection), bios, followers and following, an activity feed of pulls, listings, sales, achievements, claims, and deliveries, equipped titles, listed cards, listing prices, recent marketplace activity, collection showcases, leaderboard metrics, and other social or marketplace surfaces controlled by ABD settings and privacy options.
If you choose to connect Discord, ABD uses Discord's sign-in to confirm which Discord account is yours and stores only its Discord user ID, username and display name. ABD does not receive your Discord password or email and does not keep a Discord access token. Your Discord username appears on your public profile unless your profile is private, and ABD's Discord marketplace posts may mention you as the seller of your listings. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings, and deleting your account removes it.
Signed-in collectors can use Account settings to Download JSON for account data and request Delete account. Deletion may be blocked, delayed, limited, or handled through support while live cards, unopened packs, active listings, orders, claims, support tickets, payouts, tax records, security records, or legal obligations still exist. ABD may offer archive or account-cleanout options when deletion would otherwise destroy wallet history or custody records.
ABD keeps information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, custody records, order fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, support, security, backup, and legal obligations. ABD keeps financial records — like transactions, payouts, and tax records — for several years, because tax and dispute rules require it. ABD uses access controls, provider security features, and operational monitoring to protect data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
ABD is available globally and may process information in the United States or other countries where ABD, its providers, or infrastructure operate. By using ABD, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country and may be subject to different data protection rules.
The current sign-in acknowledgement records the Terms version, Privacy version, source surface, user id after authentication, and timestamp. ABD does not currently store IP address, user-agent, raw request headers, or date of birth with that acknowledgement unless counsel later approves a stronger evidence posture.
ABD is a California business. ABD does not sell your personal information for money. If you turn on Advertising in Cookie preferences, the Meta Pixel shares which public ABD pages you view and what you buy on them, with device and browser details, with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. It is off unless you opt in. Optional website analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) also runs only if you opt in, with advertising features off. You can withdraw any of these at any time in Cookie preferences, and browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) is honored as an opt-out of sharing and of optional analytics. California residents may request to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of their personal information, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, or to direct ABD not to sell or share your personal information, email info@abdcollectibles.com or use the Do Not Sell or Share link in the site footer. ABD may verify your identity before acting and may retain information required for custody, transactions, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
ABD emails sign-in codes, receipts, order, shipping, payout, and account notices needed to run your account. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can change marketing email choices in Account settings at any time without affecting account emails.
ABD may update this Privacy Policy as ABD changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email when appropriate, and any new data collection or optional tracking will be disclosed here before it starts.
You can contact ABD at info@abdcollectibles.com about access, correction, deletion, export, privacy, or support requests. ABD may need to verify your request and may keep records when needed for custody, transactions, tax, fraud prevention, security, support, or legal compliance.
Optional analytics and advertising stay off until you turn them on. Review the browser storage we use and save Essential only. Account data controls and deletion requests are separate, in Account settings.
